We will assist constituents who have open immigration cases. Specifically, At Nabil tax services office will work with federal agencies to get status updates on the following applications and cases:
- Immigrant Visa (IV) Applications
- Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) Applications
- Asylum Cases | Refugee Cases
- Employment Authorization (EAD)
- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Cases
- Citizenship, Naturalization and Oath ceremony
- Passport and Passport Renewals
- Adjustment of Status (I-485)
- Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
We can help with:
- Facilitate communication between our constituent and the Embassy or Consulate (either U.S. or foreign).
- Request a status update on your pending application.
- Request expedited review of your application only if you qualify, and provide supporting documentation, for one of USCIS’s expedite criteria.
We cannot:
- Force an agency to approve a visa or revoke a visa.
- Expedite a green card unless it is a reissue.
- Force USCIS to expedite your application.
Before submitting a congressional casework inquiry about a pending application, please check the status of your case and check USCIS office processing times. If your case is outside of normal processing times, We can submit an inquiry on your behalf and ask about the status of your case.
